Prior to co-founding ThoughtMatrix, Tony was the CTO of SBI/Razorfish, handling Enterprise Architecture Planning and IT Strategy for the likes of Visa, Mattel, Symantec and AT&T Broadband. Tony focuses on best practices surrounding Content Management, eCommerce, Enterprise Architecture and the design of highly scalable systems in complex legacy environments with high-performance and security requirements.

Trevor is a 30+year veteran of Silicon Valley and manages all aspects ThoughtMatrix’s Operations . Prior to co-founding ThoughtMatrix, Trevor’s experience has included being President and CEO of Food.com and Executive Partner of Technology at marchFIRST. Trevor is an expert in establishing technology direction for organizations, driving innovation and market direction, ensuring quality service delivery as well as fostering both new business opportunities and intellectual capital.

Chris brings over 19 years of online marketing and Information Technology consulting experience to ThoughtMatrix and its clients. Chris specializes in senior level program strategy and analysis with respect to direct consumer marketing programs (email, online surveys, application and Web site development) for a variety of clients, both on the creative and technical levels.

Keith has been involved in the software industry for more than 20 years, delivering successful commercial products and a myriad of Web applications for large online communities. Keith has extensive experience in enterprise software architecture, using the best language and technologies at hand to deliver reliable and high quality solutions. His diverse experience enables him to build expert teams that can solve any challenge.
VP and General Manager
Brad brings over 15 years of award-winning UX design and client engagement experience to the team. Brad’s unique background in user experience design and architecture enables him to manage brands in both the digital and physical environments. He has worked on diverse design projects ranging from rich media experiences for mobile phones, wrapping buses and buildings in Las Vegas, to the launch of the 40,000 page Computerworld.com.
Creative Director, ThoughtMatrix
Norville is a creative strategist, fine artist, visual communicator and interactive designer with over 14 years of experience bringing his clients' visions to life. His expertise with branding and identity, information architecture and web design was gained while working on projects across a number of industries, with clients including LSI, Spencer Trask, Dannon, IDG, Visage Immaging, Cinequest and Biz Journals. Norville has created everything from print collateral and logos to full marketing initiatives and large-scale, dynamic Web sites.
